In the teacher's guide I would like to see more suggestions of activities that students can be involved in to aid them in acqusition, the question/answer/circling sometimes gets boring to kids and they would like to see a change from time to time. That way those teachers who feel that are not so "great" with the circling would have some options to choose from and to adapt for themselves. I do not always like to do a lot of circling. Teaching in small district our students know one another well enough that asking personalized questions to them is mundane.
Other features, perhaps some "fun" activities to go with the chapters and pms's that can be used as sub plans would be a definite plus also. I like to create sudoku puzzles using the vocab... and then I also ask the student to either create their own sentences using the vocab or to write (rewrite) a story. That is the part I look at when I return to correct/grade. Crossword puzzles I sometimes do the same thing also. Perhaps having some ready made quizzes/tests to go along with the series would be beneficial to some teachers also.
It will be good to have assestment ideas and suggestions for group activities or games or possible web pages to get information. Also a final chapter for ideas for a sub lesson.
